Denise Irwin combines her knowledge of yoga from several traditions to teach Hatha Yoga in a flowing style, lead by the breath.


Using the techniques of yoga asana, pranayama breathing, chi-kung movements, meditation and relaxation, this yoga will energise, strengthen, calm and de-stress you.


Yoga gives you the tools to experience a sense of well being and ease in body, mind and spirit. Bring balance, harmony and rhythm into your life

I am currently teaching face to face classes again but please contact me as numbers are limited. These are not drop in classes to new students but I can recommend Yoga teachers that I work closely with.
