instruction on correct alignment of the body and
guidance on expanding this intuitively.

       
 

10.50 – 12.15pm

 

Intermediate drop in session. Exploring the Philosophical

and spiritual aspect of Yoga through deeper asana practice,

Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Meditation.
